Seriously! From our parking lot to SDC is only about 5 minutes! In fact, you can see (and hear) The Wildfire roller coaster from our balcony. You cannot find closer accommodations to SDC than right here at Lizzy’s Landing!

COMMUNITY COVE

In 2024, the resort will be introducing the Community Cove, which will be a great amenity for our guests. It will have several games, tabletop and board games, and other activities all guests will have access to. We’ll provide an update soon!

Lakeside Trail

One of our favorite parts of the entire resort is the lakeside trail. It isn’t long, but it has several paths down to the lake and makes for a great hike for anyone wanting to get out and enjoy nature without straying too far or leaving the resort.

For guests that have not stayed with us before, we do ask for a copy of a valid driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other legal form of picture identification.

50% of the total reservation fee is due immediately upon booking, and the final 50% is collected 7 days ahead of your stay. At this time, we can only accept credit cards for payment, and are working on adding additional options such as PayPal. Other than holidays and holiday weekends, we do not offer any holds or partial deposits to reserve dates and kindly recommend booking quickly as dates fill up fast.

At the time of booking, we also ask guests for a $300 security deposit in case any damage to the property or house rule violations during your stay. You will receive a hold on your card 2 days ahead of your stay, and the funds will be released 1 day after check-out if there is no damage or rule violations.

For direct bookings, we offer 100% refundable cancellation within 24 hours of booking. Any booking cancelled after 24 hours will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee to cover service charges assessed by our payment partner.

All cancellations made at least 7 days before the reservation will receive a 50% refund, and any cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund.

If you booked through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or TripAdvisor, please check their cancellation policy. Each platform offers hosts different options, and we’ve done our best to stay as consistent as possible across all platforms.

The condo is only 5 min from Silver Dollar City. In fact, you can see one of its most popular roller coasters, The Wildfire, from the deck! Getting to SDC is an absolute breeze from the condo. Simply turn left onto Indian Point Rd, and boom, you’re just outside the SDC parking lot.

Depending on traffic, the condo is 15 – 20 min from Branson’s world famous Entertainment District, known locally as “the Strip.” All you need to do is take Indian Point Rd north to 76 Hwy, take a right, and you’ll run right into it.

Unfortunately, Indian Point and the Branson Area are not very walkable, so you’ll need a car to get around. We do have a few tips and tricks for navigating the area, so make sure to visit our “Getting Around” page before your trip!

By booking direct with us, all guests receive early check-in and late check-out absolutely free. For our direct booking guests, check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. If you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking, or TripAdvisor, check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 10:00 am. Check-in and check-out times outside of those state above are subject to availability and an additional fee of $20, which goes to our cleaners for prioritizing our unit ahead of others.

We offer hassle free, self-service check-in for all guests, regardless of how you booked. You can check-in any time after your assigned check-in time, even late at night. The condo has a keypad for keyless entry, and there is a lock-box with a key on-site as a back-up (the keypad’s batteries like to go out between guests). You’ll receive check-in instructions with the access code and lock-box code the day before your check-in date.

As a doting dog and cat owner, it pains me to say it, but no, we do not allow pets. We do make exceptions for licensed service animals at no additional cost.

Yes. The condo is child-friendly. We do not have any special equipment for infants and toddlers on-site. The condo has not been baby-proofed, but we’ve done our best to keep any breakable items out of reach from small children and have installed basic outlet covers in any outlet not currently in use. However, we cannot guarantee that a past guests have rearranged décor or removed outlet covers.

No. All bed linens are provided and both bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and makeup washcloths. We do not provide swim towels, so if you plan on swimming in the pool or the lake, please bring your own swim towels.

Yes. The condo has both a washer and dryer. Only a limited number of laundry tabs are provided, so please bring your own detergent and softener if you plan on running multiple loads.

No. At this time, there is not a boat launch or dock on-site, and there is no boat or trailer parking available. There are several nearby options for launching your boat, nightly slip rentals, and trailer parking including Indian Point Marina, State Park Marina, and Kimberling City Marina. If you plan on bringing your boat, please contact us ahead of your stay, and we can provide additional information and recommendations.
