COFFEE & TEA
We all know that coffee is the glue that holds our families together, so enjoy complementary coffee on us!
Our condos comes fully equipped with coffee makers capable of brewing a full 12 cup pot of coffee, a single cup from a K-Cup pod, or a single cup from your favorite ground coffee blend with the single-serve grounds basket.
Our Coffee bar is fully stocked with a variety of K-Cups and bagged tea. Blends and flavors change based on availability, so if you have a preference, let us know, and we’ll try to have it available for you (subject to availability at our local grocery stores).
The coffee bar also comes fully equipped with creamer, sugar, and a basic dark roast ground coffee blend. There is a teapot for brewing tea, or heat up one of our microwave safe mugs for a single cup.

EASY ACCESS TO SILVER DOLLAR CITY

Our condos are nestled on the Indian Point Cove with beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains.
There isn’t anything better than capping off a fun filled day in Branson on the back deck of one of our condos enjoying a sunset over the Ozark Mountains and listening to the birds and cicadas sing.
When you stay with us, you get to enjoy everything that Branson has to offer nearby but enjoy a quiet lakeside retreat.

Giveaway Rules:
(1) Eligibility: Entry is open exclusively to individuals who have completed a stay at a property managed by Sugar Bear Vacations LLC during the same calendar year in which the drawing occurs.
(2) Entry Period and Limitations: Eligible guests may receive one (1) entry for each qualifying social media post, which a maximum of five (5) entries permitted per guest per calendar year. A qualifying post is defined as a public Instagram post that tags @sugarbearvacations and includes the designated hashtag of #StaywithSBV. Private posts or stories are not eligible.
(3) Drawing Schedule: Winners will be selected by random drawing on June 30th and December 31st of each calendar year. Entries are valid only for the drawing period in which they are received; entries that are not selected in the June 30th drawing do not carry over to the December 31std drawing. To be eligible for each drawing, participants must submit qualifying entries within the specific half of the calendar year for which they are entering (January 1 to June 29 and June 30 to December 31). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
(4) Winner Notification and Verification: Winners will be notified via direct message from the official @sugarbearvacations Instagram account. To claim the prize, the winner must verify their identity by providing their booking confirmation number or other booking details acceptable to Sugar Bear Vacations LLC. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to remain eligible.
(5) Prize Delivery: Confirmed winners will receive their prize, a $100 Visa Gift Card, via certified mail to the mailing address provided at the time of confirmation. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
(6) Disqualification and Restrictions: Sugar Bear Vacations LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of property House Rules or Property Owner Association rules, causing damage to the rental property or its ground, disorderly conduct during the stay, failure to pay for a booking in full, attempting to manipulate or abuse the entry process.
(7) General Conditions: Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Giveaway Rules. By entering, participants grant Sugar Bear Vacations LLC the right to use, repost, share or otherwise repurpose submitted content in its own marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and printed materials. Sugar Bear Vacations LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, in accordance with acceptable law.
